We are seeking a flexible individual who can manage varying job duties from day to day. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is located in <strong>Delaware, OH</strong> and will be fully on-site. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Starting Pay:</strong> $21.00 per hour plus $0.75 shift differential <strong></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: </strong>2nd shift Monday - Thursday (4:00pm - 2:30am)</p>\n<p><strong>Training will be on 1st Shift (2-4 weeks) </strong></p>\n<p>Monday – Thursday</p>\n<p>6:00am-4:30pm</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Schedule:</strong> Biweekly</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Assembler/Equipment Operator </strong><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow production orders, company procedures and directions from supervisor, prepare parts and assemble components into assemblies.</li>\n <li>Successfully perform assembly operations by means of power tools or specialized equipment to produce pressure vessels and heat exchangers.</li>\n <li>Prepare parts for assembly by means of grinding, blasting, cutting of metals, etc.</li>\n <li>Execute assembly in accordance to company`s procedures and documents, while meeting defined quality and safety standards. </li>\n <li>Maintain equipment in proper functioning status by applying preventative maintenance as per instructions. </li>\n <li>Propose new methods, procedures, or equipment to improve efficiency and/or quality.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Assembler/Equipment Operator Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED Required.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time.</li>\n <li>Ability to regularly lift and move items up to 50 pounds.</li>\n <li>Ability to use standard hand and power tools such as drills, grinders, etc.</li>\n <li>Proactive in proposing solutions.</li>\n <li>Good verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to understand fractions, decimals, and measurement techniques. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Joining Wieland’s team gives you…</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Benefits</strong> - Including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life & more!</li>\n <li><strong>Retirement Savings</strong> - 401(k) contribution + match.</li>\n <li><strong>Work/Life Balance</strong> - Paid Vacation & Holidays.</li>\n <li><strong>Growth Opportunities</strong> - We have over 9,000+ employees worldwide and 40+ locations in North America alone.
