You bring a research-first mindset to design, not as a separate phase, but as a continuous thread through everything you make.<br><br></p>\n<p>You're also someone who has genuinely integrated AI into how you work. Whether that's synthesising research at scale, accelerating ideation, generating prototypes, or automating repetitive tasks — you use AI tools fluently, and you're curious about pushing that further.<br><br></p>\n<p>In this role, you'll lead end-to-end research — from interviews and surveys to usability testing — and shape a standing customer panel that keeps our product grounded in real user needs. You'll define user journeys, flows, and interaction concepts and translate research into validated design decisions that guide both discovery and delivery.</p>\n<p>You'll collaborate closely with our Product Designer on high-fidelity designs, contribute to our Figma design system, and create interactive prototypes.
