Responsible for ensuring the cleaning and maintaining of assigned property is completed according to contractual specifications.</p>\n<h2>What you’ll do as an Exceptional Team Member</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain all oversite of porters and matrons</li>\n <li>Assign tasks to workers based on job requirements or special assignments</li>\n <li>Perform quality control to conform with Harvard and customer standards</li>\n <li>Train new and existing staff on proper cleaning techniques</li>\n <li>Ensure proper safety equipment and techniques are utilized and adhered to</li>\n <li>Order and issue supplies and equipment</li>\n <li>Check work tickets</li>\n <li>Responsible for general equipment maintenance</li>\n <li>Manage general cleaning</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What you’ll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma </li>\n <li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the cleaning/janitorial field</li>\n <li>Previous Supervisory experience preferred</li>\n <li>Valid state driver’s license</li>\n <li>Must be able to communicate in English</li>\n <li>Must be able to write basic business documents</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>The Harvard Promise</h2>\n<p>Join our team of Extraordinary People committed to delivering Exceptional Service.
