          "text": "<p><b><span>Job Title: Business Analyst / Process Modeller<br /> Location: Lawrence Township, NJ<br /> Duration: 3- 6 Months (Chance of Extension)</span></b><span><br /> <br /> <strong><span>Job Description:</span></strong></span></p><p><strong><span>Job Description:</span></strong><span><br /> • Collaborate with business subject matter experts to understand and document business processes<br /> • Identify and document instances where existing business processes may be streamlined or improved<br /> • Develop, maintain and distribute business process documentation to stakeholders<br /> • Serve as team representative at designated meetings and respond to questions/tasks related to business process management/modeling<br /> <br /> <strong>Skills/Qualifications</strong></span><br /> • Strong business acumen and proven track record for providing innovative solutions resulting in increased business performance<br /> • Good communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization.<br /> • Broad, enterprise-wide view and understanding of strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance.<br /> • Understanding of the value of process-centric approach to business analysis and capability development<br /> • Participation in process re-engineering efforts for at least one medium-to-large IT related project<br /> • Experience working within cross-functional project team to understand business requirements and deliver process artifacts<br /> • Ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected business documentation and drawings, and articulate their collective relevance to the organization and to high-priority business issues<br /> • Understanding of hierarchical and sequential process modeling concepts/techniques<br /> • Experience using process modeling tools (ARIS, Visio, etc.) to identify, capture, define, and analyze business processes.<br /> <br /> <strong>Required Skills:</strong><br /> • Familiar with Pharma industry a MUST<br /> • Familiar with SAP data and the ability to query the SAP applications<br /> Candidate should have very strong experience with VISIO.<br /> Candidate will need to understand the landscape of the applications and should have the ability to map data to the processes.<br /> Candidate will need to interact with Business Partners and draw out information.<br /> • Knowledge on serialization and EMVS regulatory requirements is a plus<span></span></p><p><span></span></p>",
