This role involves working with both existing and emerging technologies while creating reliable, user-friendly interfaces for end users.
Success in this position comes from strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity driven mindset - digging into root causes rather than addressing symptoms. What You’ll be Doing:

Work as part of an execution team and assume complete responsibility for system updates or new system control functions from start to finish of the project. Write Code to Control Automated Equipment: Architect, develop, test, and deploy, a reusable, modular software solution that involves using a structured software development process with version management. Support Field Installation: Support field installation, startup, and debug of systems at Husco and customer sites. Train and communicate automated machine functionality to end users.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience required. Experience with programming automated manufacturing equipment is required. Allen Bradley HMI and PLC Programming experience is most desirable. Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints and schematics. Effective problem solving, judgement, and independent thinking skills for troubleshooting, repair, and recognition of acceptable or unacceptable product quality. Ability to travel up to 10%. Authorized to work in the United States.
What We Offer:
Competitive pay and benefits 100% tuition reimbursement and support for continued learning 401(k) program with company match 3 weeks of paid time off + 12 paid holidays Ample volunteer opportunities Employee-led clubs and sports teams

Here, you’ll find the freedom to shape your work and leave a lasting impact. We believe in empowering you to grow personally and professionally, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.
Your role at Husco goes beyond the ordinary – you’ll be at the forefront of supporting teams that develop innovative hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems that enhance efficiency and performance. These products make a real difference globally, building the communities we live in, growing the food that feeds us, and enhancing transportation around the world.
