      "value": "<ul><li>Pre-delivery site analysis, installation, maintain and repair for Raith electron beam lithography systems in Korea and within Asia-Pacific   </li><li>Provide training for customers and users on system operation and maintenance</li><li>Provide technical support to customers by telephone, email, or via remote access tools</li><li>Submit and maintain field service reports</li><li>Coordination with Raith Asia service team and technical support group for service support  </li><li>Liaise with other departments, sales, technical support, application</li><li>Cultivate and develop positive working relationship with the customers, users and company personnel</li><li>Provide feedback to factory for continuous product improvement</li></ul>"

      "value": "<ul><li>Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or science discipline or a combination of education and experience to demonstrate required skills.</li><li>At least 2 years of professional experience in field service support of electron microscopes, focused ion beam and analytical equipment </li><li>Experience in ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems is preferred</li><li>Strong analytical, technical and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Able to work independently and collaboratively within a small team </li><li>Language: Korean (native), English (fluent / business conversational) </li><li>Willingness to travel within Korea and internationally</li></ul>"
