          "text": "<p><strong>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</strong></p><p>We are looking for a motivated intern to support a large, global project within Continental Tires. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables through testing, structured issue management, and clear documentation. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international project environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Testing &amp; Quality Assurance</strong><ul><li>Support functional and regression testing activities</li><li>Execute test cases and document results in a structured manner</li><li>Identify, track, and help validate defects</li></ul></li><li><strong>ADO Issue Management</strong><ul><li>Create, update, and maintain ADO (Azure DevOps) tickets with clear and concise descriptions</li><li>Ensure proper categorization, prioritization, and follow-up of issues</li><li>Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues</li></ul></li><li><strong>Documentation (Confluence)</strong><ul><li>Create, maintain, and improve project documentation in Confluence</li><li>Ensure documentation is clear, structured, and up to date</li><li>Support knowledge sharing across teams and stakeholders</li></ul></li><li><strong>Collaboration &amp; Communication</strong><ul><li>Actively participate in team meetings and status updates</li><li>Communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders</li><li>Provide regular updates on progress and raise risks or blockers proactively</li></ul></li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE</strong></p><ul><li>Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program for at least another 12 months and can dedicate 12 months toward this internship</li><li>Student&#xa0;working towards a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field</li><li>Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during normal business hours (Mon-Fri)</li><li>Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8 or higher</li><li>Minimum Junior standing or higher</li><li>Able to come onsite to our Fort Mill, SC Tire HQs 3&#xa0;days/week</li><li>Strong interest in software development processes, testing, and project support</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as&#xa0;<strong>ADO</strong>&#xa0;and&#xa0;<strong>Confluence</strong>&#xa0;is a plus</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Strong Communication Skills</strong><ul><li>Ability to convey information clearly and concisely in an international environment</li><li>Comfortable interacting with different stakeholders</li></ul></li><li><strong>Independent Working Style</strong><ul><li>Ability to take ownership of tasks and manage priorities independently</li><li>Proactive mindset with attention to detail</li></ul></li><li><strong>Team Spirit</strong><ul><li>Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support others</li><li>Open to feedback and continuous learning</li><li>Team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment</li></ul></li></ul>",
