    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Process Worker – Shredder Operator</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are currently looking to fill the full-time permanent position of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Shredder Operator<em>. </em></span>We are seeking individuals with strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take initiative – full training will be given<em>.</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role works shifts consisting of a 4 on 4 off roster (2x 12hr days - 7am-7:30pm, 2x 12hr nights -7pm-7:30am) then 4 days off, and potential for extra hours.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operating the shredder and loader in a safe and efficient manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ensuring the boiler fuel supply is maintained, and various other tasks related to boiler operation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collecting and processing various unused material from site</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ideally we are seeking candidates who:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are able to perform work in a safe manner, following all safety procedures</li>\n<li>Have good mechanical knowledge &amp; maintenance skills</li>\n<li>Have experience driving mobile plant</li>\n<li>Are able to work unsupervised in a largely sole charge position</li>\n<li>Have a full clean drivers licence – having a ‘W’ and ‘F’ endorsement would be an advantage but not essential</li>\n<li>\n</li></ul>\n<p>Applicants will need to be organised and self-motivated, and able to get along with their co-workers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Applications close: Friday, 26 June 2026</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">If you would like help to apply, please contact Kristy Hansen, People &amp; Culture Advisor on 027 388 0833 or email </span><span><a href=\"mailto:[email protected]\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">[email protected]</span></a></span></p>\n<p><br></p>",
