The position focuses on ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation, with responsibilities spanning troubleshooting, maintenance planning, turnaround support, and project execution&nbsp;</i></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<table>\n <tbody>\n  <tr>\n   <td>Skills and&nbsp;Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;</td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <p><span><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\n    <p>&nbsp;</p>\n    <ul>\n     <li><span>Serve as the&nbsp;primary point of contact (POC)&nbsp;for fired equipment support, including boilers, flares, and thermal oxidizers&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\n     <li><span>Troubleshoot&nbsp;operational issues, escalate unresolved problems, and provide advanced technical solutions&nbsp;promptly&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\n     <li><span>Lead and support&nbsp;turnaround planning&nbsp;for fired equipment, including worklist development, inspections, and recommendations&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\n     <li><span>Develop&nbsp;annual maintenance plans, scope selection, and execution strategies&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\n     <li><span>Perform&nbsp;equipment engineering evaluations&nbsp;to recommend design, operational, or maintenance improvements for safety, reliability, and performance&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\n     <li><span>Support&nbsp;capital projects, design reviews, and start-ups, including technical quality assurance and design consulting&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\n     <li><span>Provide&nbsp;technical guidance and training&nbsp;to operations and maintenance personnel&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\n     <li><span>Collaborate with&nbsp;operations, maintenance, and engineering teams&nbsp;to address equipment issues and implement improvements&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\n     <li><span>Participate in&nbsp;risk assessments, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\n     <li><span>Assist in&nbsp;technology deployment&nbsp;and address gaps identified by internal/external assessments&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\n    </ul>\n    <p>&nbsp;</p>\n    <p><span>In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management.
