Responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to trucks and mostly Caterpillar equipment in shop or various field sites.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and engine issues on a wide variety of heavy duty trucks, trailers, and proficient on Caterpillar equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Service newer trucks with modern emissions systems (EGR, DEF, SCR, etc.) including troubleshooting and repairs on diesel engines and related components.&nbsp;</li><li>Diagnose and repair complex electrical issues, including trouble shooting wire, sensors, engine control modules and other truck electronics.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in repairing diesel engines, transmissions, differentials, fuel systems, turbochargers, brakes, hydraulics systems and exhaust systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Inspect, diagnose and repair suspensions systems, braking systems and related components to ensure safety and performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Inspect and repair trailers, including brake and air systems, lighting, tires and axles.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform routine maintenance to ensure vehicles remain in peak operating conditions, performance and longevity.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections and maintenance activities to remain compliant with company and regulatory standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with Equipment Manager, Project Managers, drivers and other mechanics to ensure timely and efficient repairs.&nbsp;</li><li>Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while promoting a culture of safety among team members.&nbsp;</li><li>Any additional task or projects assigned by their supervisor.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
