Our dedicated team is committed to making solar energy accessible and affordable for homeowners across the country.</p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">We are currently seeking Licensed Electricians to install, maintain, and repair electrical power, communications, lighting, and control systems for various projects in the solar installation process.</p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>Complete projects within established policies and procedures</li>\r\n\t<li>Complete projects within time frames and budgets</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on crew safety</li>\r\n\t<li>Assemble the solar array racking, properly seal all roof penetrations, and install all relevant equipment</li>\r\n\t<li>MSP Rebuilds &amp; Upgrades</li>\r\n\t<li>Responsible for the groundwork of a solar installation which includes the connection to the MSP</li>\r\n\t<li>Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues</li>\r\n\t<li>Communicate with customers in a professional, and respectful manner, answering all questions and complaints to the best of your ability</li>\r\n\t<li>Document proper paperwork for each job completed</li>\r\n\t<li>Performs other related duties as assigned</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>Ability to read blueprints</li>\r\n\t<li>Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to use hand tools and power tools</li>\r\n\t<li>Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>A high school diploma or equivalent is required</li>\r\n\t<li>Solar or relevant experience is preferred</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Licensed - Completion of a formal apprenticeship and proof of valid electrician's license required</p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Unlicensed - Must be enrolled in a trade apprenticeship</p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"> </p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Driving Requirements:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>Must be at least 21 years old</li>\r\n\t<li>Must have a clean driving record as determined by a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.</li>\r\n\t<li>Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able to work at great heights.</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>PV installation is done outdoors.
