That&rsquo;s why we exist.</em> This is achieved by developing a highly effective team through dynamic coaching and leadership.</p><p>Our Member Experience Manager will be successful in:</p><ul><li>Delivering a high level of member service to internal and external members in alignment with the credit union&rsquo;s Service Promises.</li><li>Ensuring that the branch meets sales and service goals as established by the Credit Union.</li><li>Business development and community activities within the branch&rsquo;s membership base to increase sales and market share of all products and services on a monthly basis.</li><li>Providing leadership, coaching and guidance to the Hazelwood Retail team. Developing each employee to their highest potential.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The ideal candidate possesses:</p><ul><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business management or related field.
