    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fine Gold Resources </span>is a precious metals mining company operating in the Yukon. We operate on a seasonal basis from March to October and are looking for a qualified <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Dozer and/or Excavator Equipment Operator, </span>to be based in Dawson City, Yukon.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We provide accommodation and meals at our on-site camp and offer a highly competitive compensation package.</p>\n<p>The mine operates 24/7 with two shifts each day - a day shift and a night shift - with a rotation schedule. During their time off employees may stay on-site at the camp or venture to Dawson City for some time away.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>For candidates local to the Dawson City area, we are open to considering an onsite / offsite working schedule.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Job Duties:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure safe work operations and full compliance to operating procedures.</li>\n<li>Receive direction from the mine supervisor for the day-to-day operations work schedule.</li>\n<li>Do pre &amp; post inspection check-up of the equipment and write/keep equipment log.</li>\n<li>Responsible for and/or assists in fueling and filling all the fluids in the equipment to the right level. </li>\n<li>Assists in maintenance work of the equipment.</li>\n<li>Maintain tidiness in the equipment.</li>\n<li>Prepare and submit the necessary required daily reports as directed.</li>\n<li>Perform other functions as maybe directed from time to time.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 2 years’ operational experience in operating Dozer and/or Excavator equipment.</li>\n<li>Experience with mining specific equipment would be considered an asset.</li>\n<li>Familiar maintenance of mining equipment.</li>\n<li>A valid Class 1 or Class 3 Driver’s license.</li>\n<li>Ability to work day and night shifts.</li>\n<li>Physically fit to do manual labour and heavy lifting.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated initiative with solid HSE fundamentals and a sound work ethic.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Interested candidates are invited to submit their application, including a resume and cover letter.
