    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\"><br></p><p><br></p><p>A wholesale lighting company established in 1986 is looking to add Customer Relationship &ndash; Technical Support Specialists to its team. We have full-time opportunities at our Pompano Beach, FL, and Dallas, TX offices. This is not a cold-calling sales role. The focus is on supporting and growing existing accounts through responsiveness, product knowledge, and strong customer service.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;Manage and support existing customer accounts</p><p>- Process orders, quotes, and customer requests accurately and efficiently</p><p>- Communicate with customers regarding product availability, lead times, shipment status, and order updates</p><p>- Review and understand product specifications and assist customers with product selection and alternatives</p><p>- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts</p><p>- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams regarding inventory needs and stock levels</p><p>- Assist with resolving customer issues related to shipments, backorders, and product substitutions</p><p>- Follow company policies related to credit holds, order releases, and account management</p><p>- Maintain accurate account and order information within ERP systems</p><p>- Work closely with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and management teams to support overall customer satisfaction and sales growth</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>- Strong communication and organizational skills</p><p>- Technical aptitude and ability to learn product specifications and lighting terminology</p><p>- Strong attention to detail and follow-through</p><p>- Experience in lighting, electrical distribution, industrial supply, HVAC, plumbing supply, or related industries preferred</p><p>- ERP/order entry experience preferred</p><p>- Prior inside sales or account management experience preferred</p><p><br></p><p>This role is best suited for someone who enjoys</p><p>- Building long-term customer relationships</p><p>- Solving problems and finding solutions</p><p>- Learning technical products</p><p>- Working collaboratively with multiple departments</p><p>- Being a dependable point of contact for customers</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Schedule: Day shift (8 am-5 pm)</li><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\"><strong>EEO Statement:&nbsp;</strong>JD International Lighting is an equal opportunity employer.
