We’re looking for a full-time attorney in our Indianapolis office that meets the following criteria: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience practicing intellectual property law. Patent attorney preferred.</li>\n<li>Maintains client relationships that produce at least $150k of work per year that would be expected to follow lawyer to a new firm</li>\n<li>Advises clients on intellectual property-related matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets</li>\n<li>Drafts and negotiates IP-related agreements, including licensing, assignment, and non-disclosure agreements</li>\n<li>Conducts IP due diligence for mergers and acquisitions</li>\n<li>Manages and maintains clients' IP portfolios</li>\n<li>Stays up-to-date with changes in IP law and industry trends and conducts legal research to support clients' IP needs</li>\n<li>Has capability to exercise independent judgment and discretion with strong attention to detail</li>\n<li>Possesses high moral character, hard-working mindset, and practical knowledge</li>\n<li>Exceptional oral and written communication skills for use working internally with other team members and while advising</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Gutwein Law places a big emphasis on its cultural and benefit offerings, which include: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Base Salary, structured bonuses, and growth plan</li>\n<li>401K with employer contribution</li>\n<li>Insurance plan, including health insurance, vision insurance, and group life insurance</li>\n<li>Covered CLE costs, along with firm-wide training sessions<br></li>\n<li>Modern, centrally located office space with paid parking</li>\n<li>Health club membership reimbursement</li>\n<li>Mobile phone plan reimbursement</li>\n<li>A focus on healthy work-life harmony</li>\n<li>Swag, parties, and other cultural initiatives</li>\n</ul>",
