This role is highly technical, but not hands-on coding: you will understand how our front-end, back-end, mobile, and cloud components fit together and use that knowledge to remove blockers, maintain alignment, and ensure high‑quality releases.</p>\n<p>You will work closely with Product, Architects, DevOps, Developers, Quality Assurance, Pre‑Sales, and Professional Services to ensure the platform behaves correctly in customer scenarios, supports successful deployments, and meets our reliability and performance expectations. You’re the connective tissue between technical teams, customer-facing teams, and business stakeholders—ensuring clarity, continuity, and predictable delivery across the entire software lifecycle.</p>\n<p>This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on technical problem-solving, cross-team coordination, and driving operational excellence in a fast-moving SaaS environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do</span>:</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Coordination and Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with Engineering management, Product Management, Project Managers, and team leads to ensure that everyone knows what is going into a release and where the release is throughout the dev/qc/staging/prod process.</li>\n<li>Plan and react to change. As issues mount and priorities shift, be the calming force to deal with change with minimal disruption to ongoing efforts.</li>\n<li>Remove blockers. Own issues when they occur, help the team by driving the resolution and escalate as required.</li>\n<li>Manage the release process together with the team.
