The Zone Supervisor will oversee the cleaning staff and the janitorial supplies used to keep the facilities clean, maintained and orderly.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous janitorial experience</li><li>Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends</li><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Background screening</li><li>Must be 21 years of age or older</li><li>Based on job location, other pre-hire conditions will be required&nbsp;</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license, and clean driving record&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Assigns janitorial duties to employees and regularly inspects their work to ensure&nbsp;standards are met.</li><li>Assist with facility training and guidance for new employees.</li><li>Assist in developing goals and work standards.</li><li>Conduct routine site visits (3-5 facilities a day) to inspect facility cleanliness and to ensure standards are being maintained<ul><li>Includes but not limited to exterior, interior, and janitor closets</li></ul></li><li>Deliver excellent and prompt customer service when handling clients requests.</li><li>Deliver emergency supplies and equipment to different facilities to ensure the job is completed.</li><li>Operate mechanical janitorial equipment including but not limited to: buffers, carpet extractor, walk behind scrubbers, riding scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, propane burnisher, etc.</li><li>Provide technical assistance to staff as needed or notify manager.</li><li>Ability to work independently at various facilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work additional hours in the instance when coverage is needed.</li><li>Collecting and disposal of trash, recycling, and appropriate hazardous waste.</li><li>Ordering cleaning supplies and restocking the janitorial closet</li><li>Maintaining a thorough inventory of supplies&nbsp;</li><li>Working outside in the elements when necessary.</li><li>Completion of all assigned work tasks.</li><li>Always wearing company uniform appropriately.</li><li>Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of all machines and tools.</li><li>Reporting issues including special projects, damaged materials or tools, and safety hazards to maintenance supervisors.</li><li>Make sure the establishment is clean and meets all safety requirements.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.</li><li>Additional duties as assigned.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div>\n    </div>\n  </div>\n",
