    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Hi-Vac Corporation,&nbsp;</strong>located in Marietta Ohio<strong>,&nbsp;</strong>is accepting applications for a <strong>Blast Booth Operator</strong> to work in the Paint Department.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Specific Responsibilities</strong> include but not limited to:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reading and processing work orders.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">selecting appropriate materials and tools for each job and planning the sequence.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Observing machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malefactions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performing basic preventative maintenance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performing basic machine operation.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;Communicating with the supervisor and paint personnel.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Understand the Safety and Proper procedures of operating the equipment.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to use forklift to move parts in and out of the blasting booth.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work with little to no supervision.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work in and safely operate the equipment.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong>:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must have High School Diploma or GED.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Post Secondary Education in Paint or Bodywork.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Some experience required.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Great work schedule and full benefits package options to include the list below and more.&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Schedule: Monday &ndash; Friday 4:00pm-12:30am</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Medical/Dental/Vision</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Disability and Life insurance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">401k plans</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Paid Time Off</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Hi-Vac Corporation&nbsp;</strong>is an industry leader in manufacturing large industrial environmental truck and trailer mounted equipment that is sold all over the world.
