This position contributes to the productivity of the site by efficiently and strategically assigning trailers to the proper dock doors and ensuring cross-docking opportunities are utilized whenever possible. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Some warehouse, transportation, or dispatch experience preferred</li>\n <li>Understanding of transportation, customer & warehouse requirements</li>\n <li>Organized, with the ability to multitask and reprioritize as needed</li>\n <li>Problem identification, management, & follow through to resolution</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to successfully perform all safety processes, dispatch, Blue Yonder, and required SAP functions.</li>\n <li>Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with all levels of employees within the organization.  </li>\n <li>Ability to work with associates at all levels of the organization.                </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to meet the Job Profile requirements for the position</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for organizing and executing the work schedule for inbound and outbound shipments</li>\n <li>Coordinates yard management, trailer placement, Blue Yonder, and dock scheduling</li>\n <li>Dispatches outbound loads and completes driver check-in / check-out</li>\n <li>Manages receiving paperwork and posting receipts</li>\n <li>Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area, and conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety</li>\n <li>Other job duties may be assigned as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#INDIIB</p>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
