    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Butler Machinery is looking for a skilled Building Maintenance professional to support our Corporate location, and to serve as the backup for our Fargo location. You&rsquo;ll handle day-to-day building maintenance, preventative upkeep, and minor repairs to ensure our corporate space is safe, functional, and welcoming. Most work is performed during standard business hours, with very limited evenings or weekends and no scheduled on-call rotation&mdash;outside of rare, true emergencies.</p><p>Competitive starting pay of $23&ndash;$29 per hour, based on experience.<br><br>Responsibilities:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Performs daily, weekly, monthly and annual facility inspections.</li><li>Coordinates and facilitates contracted professional for scheduled maintenance, repairs and special projects.</li><li>Maintains a building maintenance log of scheduled maintenance services and inspections.</li><li>Ground maintenance to include: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Mowing lawn</li><li>Sprinkler system repair</li><li>Snow removal</li><li>Yard clean-up</li><li>General yard duties</li></ol></li><li>Building upkeep to include:<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Painting</li><li>Over sees remodeling projects and workstation restructuring</li><li>Ability to conduct minor repairs</li><li>Maintains tool room and works with Service Management on special tooling needs for Corp/Fargo locations</li></ol></li><li>Works with purchasing agents to evaluate and maintain consistent purchasing practices.</li><li>Works within and promotes vision, mission, and values of BMC.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br>Qualifications:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Requires mechanical knowledge, basic knowledge of HVAC, heating, and plumbing systems and the software to run it</li><li>Computer skills required</li><li>Previous maintenance experience preferred</li><li>Skid steer operation and zero-turn mower experience preferred</li><li>Heavy equipment operation experience preferred</li><li>This candidate should be a self-starter who can work flexible hours as needed for snow removal and special projects</li><li>The physical requirements of this position include:<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Shoveling snow</li><li>Climbing ladders</li><li>Snow removal / lawncare equipment operation</li><li>Lifting up to 70 pounds</li><li>Working at heights of approximately 35 feet</li></ol></li></ul><p><br>As a family business for three generations, we currently employ over 900 associates in 20 locations throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Nebraska.
