    "description": "<h2>-</h2>\n<p><em><strong>Urgently Hiring</strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Valet Captain</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Rate: </strong>$17.90 per hour <strong>plus cash tip$!</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time </p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Yale New Haven Hospital, CT</p>\n<p><strong>Union:</strong> Local 443</p>\n<p><strong>Shift & Schedule:</strong> Part-time weekends and Full-time overnights, Weekends & Holidays</p>\n<p><strong>Must Have:</strong> 2 Years Drivers License</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Applications will be accepted until job is closed.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Application Question(s):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><em>Do you have a valid driver's license (at least 2 years)?</em></li>\n <li><em>Do you have any parking or supervisory experience?</em></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Propark Mobility is currently hiring <strong>Valet Captains</strong> for full-time and part-time opportunities to <strong>start immediately. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What we're looking for:*</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.</li>\n <li>Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.</li>\n <li>May be asked to perform cashier duties.</li>\n <li>Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.</li>\n <li>Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.</li>\n <li>Impress us all by maintaining the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with.</li>\n <li>Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.</li>\n <li>And you may be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.</li>\n <li>Issue ticket to customer upon arrival.</li>\n <li>Help the management team to guide and supervise the other parking valets</li>\n <li>Park and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and timely manner. </li>\n <li>Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival. </li>\n <li>Ensure all vehicles and keys are organized and in appropriate areas. </li>\n <li>Open all vehicle doors for guests. Assist with luggage when necessary. Open building doors for guests if applicable.</li>\n <li>Issue receipts upon customer's exit, as applicable.</li>\n <li>Report any known accidents or violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to the local manager. </li>\n <li>Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company’s standard valet operating procedures. </li>\n <li>Always maintain a neat and orderly location, free of debris and trash, with clean windows void of unapproved company posters or decorative hangings. </li>\n <li>Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking each customer upon exit. </li>\n <li>Assist customers with directions, and other inquiries. </li>\n <li>Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.</li>\n <li>Always maintain a neat and clean appearance in adherence to company standards.</li>\n <li>Report any known accidents or violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the local manager in a timely manner.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What's in it for you?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>We promote from within - park your career here!</li>\n <li>Free Parking!**</li>\n <li>Flexible scheduling; paid Holidays and Wellness.</li>\n <li>Free and confidential employee assistance program (EAP) that provides support and resources to employees and their families 24/7.
