As a member of the Token Vesting team, you will be responsible for owning features end-to-end - from shaping an idea, to implementing it, to shipping and iterating in production. Technical Skills: Progress from implementing scoped tasks to designing solutions independently Participate in task breakdown, estimation, design, implementation and maintenance across the full stack Proactively improve code quality, performance, and developer experience Review code across frontend and backend, ensuring consistency, reducing errors, and sharing context across the engineering team Complexity and Impact of Work: Drive work independently and own increasingly complex systems/workflows Be capable of breaking down large projects into smaller tasks, and accurately estimating the time and scope of projects.
