Gather and validate business requirements, design EDI flows and report specifications, and translate them into clear, build-ready specs for the development team. Drive each project from kickoff to go-live, ensuring delivery is on time, on scope, and on quality.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Platform Operations &amp; Maintenance — 25% </span><br>Own the day-to-day health of the platforms and integrations you've launched. Triage issues, prioritize enhancements, manage change requests, and partner with engineering to keep everything running smoothly long after go-live — so clients keep getting value, not just a launch.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-functional Communication &amp; Stakeholder Management — 20% </span><br>Act as the bridge between clients, operations, and our software development team.
