We deliver high-quality academic and therapeutic programming that supports meaningful learning outcomes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>ExcelPrep offers two distinct programs for learners ages 3-13:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>PreK–8 Academic Program: Direct Instruction and Precision Teaching for core academics (reading, writing, math) in a structured, data-driven environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clinical ABA Program (Ages 3–13): Cognition-linguistically based ABA focusing on language, reasoning, executive functioning, social competence, and independence.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Across ExcelPrep, we center:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct Instruction and instructional design</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Precision Teaching and data-based decision making</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Behavior science research foundations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Occupational Therapy as a prioritized therapy alongside ABA for sensory-motor development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Our mission is to provide a nurturing, academically focused learning environment where neurodiverse students develop strong academic foundations, cognitive-linguistic skills, and the confidence to succeed in school and beyond.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt; font-weight: bold\">The Role: Paraprofessional</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We’re seeking a compassionate, dependable Paraprofessional to support teachers, therapists, and students across ExcelPrep’s programs.
