We value team players, people who are more concerned with what's right, rather than who's right.&nbsp; \n</div> \n<div>\n  <br/> \n</div> \n<div>\n  The Distribution Center Associate is responsible for the accurate receiving, storing, picking, put-away, and shipping of product to meet company standards of safety, security and productivity.&nbsp; \n</div> \n<div>\n  &nbsp; \n</div> \n<div>\n  YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES \n</div> \n<div> \n <ul> \n  <li>Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day</li> \n  <li>Receive pallets to floor aligned by vendor to ensure accurate completed receipt by purchase order</li> \n  <li>Stage and load within outbound trailers as per shipping best practices</li> \n  <li>Ensure accuracy of load per best practices (arrows up for larger cartons on the bottom and lighter cartons to the top)</li> \n  <li>Stacking library items left to right to insure safe handling practices are achieved for unloading</li> \n  <li>Ensure product stored/putaway/picked/shipped accurately and in a manner that will not damage the items</li> \n  <li>Comply with individual, team and departmental productivity and performance goals</li> \n  <li>Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety and in accordance with federal, state, and local laws</li> \n  <li>Ensure that the warehouse is consistently clean and free of debris</li> \n </ul> \n</div> \n<div>\n  OUR REQUIREMENTS \n</div> \n<div> \n <ul> \n  <li>1+ years of distribution experience</li> \n  <li>Basic mathematics and reading skills</li> \n  <li>Strong understanding of inventory flow</li> \n  <li>Strong organizational skills</li> \n  <li>Strong communication skills</li> \n </ul> \n</div> \n<div>\n  OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS \n</div> \n<div> \n <ul> \n  <li>Ability to consistently lift a minimum of 50 lbs.</li> \n  <li>Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing</li> \n </ul> \n</div> \n<div>\n  <br/> \n</div>",
