We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the successful execution of multiple manufacturing projects for integrated mechanical and electrical (M&amp;E) fluid cooling systems, serving a major blue-chip data centre customer. This role will be based in Shanghai plant or Qidong with travel across Asia.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">[</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Support &amp; Coordination</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">]</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Project Manager in managing timelines, deliverables, and reporting across a portfolio of manufacturing projects for modular fluid cooling systems (e.g., pump skids, chilled water assemblies, heat exchangers, and associated pipework).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">[</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Planning &amp; Scheduling</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">]</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain detailed project plans and milestone trackers.</li>\n<li>Monitor progress across engineering, procurement, production, and logistics phases.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">[</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Documentation &amp; Reporting</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">]</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and documentation for internal stakeholders and the customer.</li>\n<li>Maintain project control logs (RFI, NCR, design changes, etc.).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">[Manufacturing &amp; Factory Support]</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with production teams to track fabrication status, quality inspections, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).</li>\n<li>Coordinate readiness for shipment and site delivery.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">[Client &amp; Stakeholder Interface]</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support meetings with client-side project teams, manage communications on design clarifications, delivery schedules, and action items.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">[Risk &amp; Issue Tracking]</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in identifying project risks and support mitigation planning with relevant departments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">[Logistics &amp; Site Coordination]</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with logistics and site teams to ensure seamless delivery of systems to regional data centre projects, supporting documentation handover and site installation interfaces as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p>To thrive in this role, you should bring:</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or related field.</li>\n<li>3+ years’ experience in M&amp;E, modular systems, HVAC, or industrial equipment manufacturing.</li>\n<li>Exposure to data centre or mission-critical environments preferred.</li>\n<li>Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.</li>\n<li>Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent in English (professional level) and Mandarin.</li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and document control systems (e.g., SharePoint, BIM360).</li>\n<li>PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management training is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Soft Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Detail-oriented and highly organized.</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working across cultures and in matrixed teams.</li>\n<li>Able to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced project demands.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Armstrong Fluid Technology?</span></p>\n<p>By joining us, you’ll become part of a global community dedicated to pushing the boundaries of fluid-flow technology while upholding Armstrong's commitment to sustainability.
