font-size: 14px;\"><strong>&nbsp;Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Lead multiple client program implementations simultaneously by applying effective project management and consulting methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), including customizing project plans based on internal processes, configuration requirements, client needs, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Lead pre-implementation, kick-off, and ongoing status calls with clients, facilitating clear communication and alignment on goals and action items.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Act as a subject matter expert for all project management-related questions, providing guidance to clients and internal teams on best practices.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
