technologies, consult, manage and direct work</li>\n <li>Develop the solution for the most complex business models and processes</li>\n <li>Approve new technologies and new applications of existing technologies</li>\n <li>Approve technical documentation, processes and procedures</li>\n <li>Collaborate with M3 Business Analysts to keep stakeholders and customers informed,determine testing and solution success, and identify the relevant technology solution</li>\n <li>Review change control policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Approve system changes</li>\n <li>Approve Code</li>\n <li>Approve invoices</li>\n <li>Strategic guidance on improvements in ERP cost of ownership</li>\n <li>Proactively identify value add ways to utilize technologies and improve technical processes</li>\n <li>Designs global technical project plans, road maps and technical documentation standards</li>\n <li>Creates M3 environments and understands the installation, configuration and settings ofthe technical functionality</li>\n <li>Functional support areas of M3</li>\n <li>Assist with testing and documentation for WWIT systems as needed</li>\n <li>Assist business units further as directed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Education\n  <ul>\n   <li>Bachelor’s Degree combined with 15+ years of experience in M3 or Associates Degree combined with 17+ years of experience in M3</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Expert-level proficiency in at least 9 M3 functional areas, with intermediate knowledge in at least 5 others</li>\n <li>M3 Cloud experience required</li>\n <li>M3 Security and M3 Interface Development experience required</li>\n <li>Expertise in IEC, ION, ION Workflows, M3 API’s development, Data Lake, ION API, custom BODs, H5 scripts, H5 SDK, for on-premise and cloud multi-tenant. </li>\n <li>Experience working across global regions, supporting diverse business units and stakeholders</li>\n <li>Proven writing skills creating technical documentation and processes</li>\n <li>Understanding of Kemin’s change management process</li>\n <li>Advanced SQL knowledge and experience</li>\n <li>Windows server knowledge and experience</li>\n <li>Outstanding communication skills – oral and written</li>\n <li>A servant leadership attitude with the ability to proactively direct, manage and negotiate</li>\n <li>Knowledge and experience with
