Obtains and maintains in depth knowledge of software functionality and acquires and utilizes knowledge of operational workflows to be implemented.&nbsp;</p><p>We are seeking an experienced Epic Healthy Planet/Cheers/Ambulatory Analyst as we transform patient care - driving population health, value-based care, and care gap closure. You will build and optimize registries, dashboards, and risk-scoring models to empower clinicians with actionable insights and improve community health outcomes.</p>",
