Prior Colorado experience preferred.</li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading design teams and managing project delivery from concept through construction.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Revit and experience with structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, RAM, RISA 3D, SAP2000, SAFE, or similar tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor staff, collaborate across disciplines, and represent the firm confidently with clients and partners.</li><li>Proven ability to balance technical depth, project management responsibilities, and multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in managing project financials, schedules, and developing proposal responses.</li></ul>",

The expected range for a qualified candidate with 10+ years of experience is $110,000-150,000. Additionally, we offer performance-based, bi-annual bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center.
