If you thrive on creating lasting memories for families from around the world, this is where you’ll shine.</p><p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and execute daily, weekly, and monthly resort entertainment, events, and activities.</li><li>Oversee all aspects of event execution, including sourcing necessary equipment, coordinating logistics, and arranging transportation.</li><li>Conduct adult and children’s activities.</li><li>Host engaging parties, activities, and events throughout the resort.</li><li>Partner with the excursion team to develop new guest experience ideas.</li><li>Create and maintain an upbeat, energetic, and fun environment.</li><li>Enforce safety rules and guidelines with guests.</li><li>Implement new ideas and games.</li><li>Advertise entertainment and activities by coordinating or designing flyers, phone blasts, and other in-house marketing materials.</li><li>Perform assigned duties within the water park and activities department.</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to present orally or with visual aids to groups or individuals.</li><li>Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for activities and events, including photos of equipment setups and details of required purchases.</li><li>Develop Emergency Action Plans for events and coordinate with the on-property Security Department.</li><li>Evaluate guest satisfaction through surveys and direct feedback.</li><li>Participate in video, photography, and promotional marketing campaigns.</li><li>Uphold resort standards by maintaining professionalism, positive attitude, attendance, and high levels of guest satisfaction.</li></ul>",
