We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to work for our company.</p><p><strong>Summary:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency.</li><li><strong>A CURRENT U.S. Government SECRET Clearance or above. Sponsorship will not be provided.</strong></li><li>Will assist with system technical tasks, requirements gathering, management, and documentation for project and sustainment work, as well as business process management related to COTS/GOTS HR IT systems.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><strong>A CURRENT U.S. Government SECRET Clearance or above. Sponsorship will not be provided.</strong></li><li>Must have 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience with Human Resources IT systems.</li><li>Must be capable of performing and documenting system configuration and management, completing scope-defined technical tasks, interpreting software test results, and assisting with remediation.</li><li>Must have experience in requirements tracking, documentation, and creating process/feature documentation.</li><li>Must be knowledgeable in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management. Must be able to assist with troubleshooting identified problems and escalate them as needed.</li><li>Must have understanding of SQL and ETL.</li><li>Must have prior experience integrating new technologies/systems and their data.</li><li>Must have prior experience performing requirements analysis for a wide range of users.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferences:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Skillsoft learning platform</li><li>Hands-on experience with enterprise COTS/GOTS Learning Management software/HR suites.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>About Us</strong></p><p>IT-Strat is a technology consulting company that holds various contract vehicles including best in class vehicles.
