We are seeking a talented and dedicated <strong>Facilities Maintenance Technician</strong> to join our award-winning team at 2 Silos Brewing Co. If you&rsquo;re a maintenance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, we want you on our team!</p><p>This position is responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep, safety, and functionality of the Farm Brew Live campus, including buildings and grounds. The <strong>Facilities Maintenance Technician</strong> plays a vital role in maintaining a positive experience for visitors and ensuring a well-maintained environment for staff and guests</p><p><strong>PRIMARY</strong> <strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform routine maintenance tasks on the campus buildings, including minor repairs, cleaning of common areas, restrooms, and windows, and ensuring the general cleanliness and functionality of the facilities.</li><li>Handle general repairs on plumbing, electrical, and other building systems as needed.</li><li>Support preventative maintenance programs and conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.</li><li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with contractors or specialized technicians when necessary.</li><li>Perform regular lawn care duties, including mowing, trimming, edging, and watering green spaces to maintain a tidy and attractive campus landscape.</li><li>Implement landscaping tasks such as weeding, mulching, planting flowers and shrubs, and pruning as needed.</li><li>Operate and maintain a variety of groundskeeping equipment and small tools.</li><li>Keep outdoor areas free of debris, litter, and other hazards, including clearing pathways, parking lots, and walkways.</li><li>Perform snow and ice removal duties, including shoveling, applying ice-melt treatments, and inspecting for potential slip hazards.</li><li>Assist with other seasonal maintenance tasks as needed to maintain the appearance and safety of the campus throughout the year.</li><li>Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience in facilities maintenance or groundskeeping preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of general building maintenance and repairs.</li><li>Familiarity with the safe operation of small equipment and groundskeeping tools.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Valid Driver&#39;s License</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED Equivalent</li><li>1-2 years of experience in building maintenance, groundskeeping, or related trades is often preferred</li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p><ul type=\"square\"><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including during snow and ice removal.</li><li>Must be able to work weekends, as required.</li><li>Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform strenuous labor for extended periods</li></ul><p><strong>BENEFITS WE OFFER:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Competitive pay</strong> based on experience</li><li>401(k) with employer matching</li><li><strong>Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance</strong></li><li>Paid time off&nbsp;and employee discounts</li><li>A <strong>collaborative and supportive work environment</strong> with room for professional growth.</li></ul><p>Villagio Hospitality Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities</p></div>\n",
