      "text": "Requirements: ",
      "content": "\n<li>Experience in field installation experience in the security environment: CCTV, Alarm, Fire, and Access Control.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Current/valid state required Physical Security license and/or Life Safety license in the applicable technology.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Available to travel.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience reading blueprints and site maps.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience in CCTV, voice, and data cabling is a plus. &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Assist with pre-installation opportunities by designing and planning technical solutions.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Perform new installs and provide technical escalation support both on-site at customer locations as well as remotely via the phone and specialized tools.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Has basic telecommunication tools, PPE, and reliable transportation during the training period prior to issuing a company vehicle.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Computer/laptop/smartphone proficiency.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Highly proficient with the use of email, spreadsheets, and the ability to learn internal systems. &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; no DUI or DWI in the last three years.</li>\n"

      "text": "Responsibilities: ",
      "content": "\n<li>Install, troubleshoot, and repair cabling systems and equipment in Access Control.</li>\n<li>Run low voltage and composite cables in commercial buildings, including drilling concrete walls and completing conduit work, where needed.</li>\n<li>Be able to cut in door strikes and maglocks, when needed.</li>\n<li>Complete all wiring, connections, and equipment installations ensuring that access control systems are complete with total customer satisfaction and contractual requirements.</li>\n<li>Assist and collaborate with the Installation Team Lead or Project Manager regarding on-site work schedules and timely delivery of equipment.</li>\n<li>Conduct tests to ensure all newly installed systems and component devices are operational.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot new system installations to ensure the proper functioning and to ensure the system meets local, county, state, or federal codes and legal and/or insurance requirements</li>\n"
