    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Maintenance Supervisor is integral to the overall development and success of their workplaces. The Maintenance Supervisor will manage &amp; lead the maintenance staff. This Includes the Technical Support Functions (e.g. Maintenance, Special Projects, etc.). This also includes but not limited to Current Production, Product Launch, Process Launch, and PM Strategy.</p>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Capacity: Direct Reports: 9-10</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>PLC and HMI maintenance &amp; troubleshooting (including Ladder logic);&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform &amp; diagnose hydraulic leaks and PMs.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Building maintenance- plant lighting, compressors and emergency lighting; Bending conduit and pulling wire.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Installation &amp; set-up of motor contactors and VFDS.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensure all employees follow the safety guidelines established by the Company.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Noncompliance to the safety policies will result in disciplinary action and/or termination; Actively intervene to correct recognized unsafe actions and conditions.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Conduct daily observations of PPE use and safe work practices adherence and coach employees as needed; Ensure that all accidents including first aid are reported.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Oversee hourly employee timecards, including approvals for overtime and vacation within the Kronos system.</li>\n <li>Schedules, coordinates and directs all necessary maintenance and construction work.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Makes preliminary, intermediate and final inspection of maintenance and construction work to ensure proper workmanship, materials and conformance to work methods and safety regulations. ·&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Meets with senior management regularly and gives them monthly budgets and project status; May also meet with their counterparts, technical partners and customers.</li>\n <li>Conducts regular meetings with teams, whether as a whole or through one-on-one discussions providing each team member an objective or goal and monitor progress or status on throughout the year.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Conduct performance reviews of team members providing feedback, as well as making promotion recommendations or salary increases if applicable.</li>\n <li>Tracking Maintenance and Tooling projects - Follow equipment refurbishment</li>\n <li>Lead for spare parts crib – corporate cost reduction and inventory projects, crib stock management, part sharing tracking</li>\n <li>Facilities – Track repairs and improvements</li>\n <li>Submit req’s when parts or plant services need completed</li>\n <li>PM’s - Track and monitor PM and work order completions</li>\n <li>Put together short descriptive power points for tooling and machine repairs</li>\n <li>Support maintenance on daily meetings for open issues</li>\n <li>Work with quality and process engineering with tooling and injection related issues</li>\n <li>Audit INFOR system</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Education:&nbsp;</strong>Bachelor's Level Degree Area of Study: Engineering, Technical Engineering Degree or similar.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>*Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Skills/Experience/Knowledge</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2-5 Minimum Years of Experience with Industrial Maintenance experience.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>3-5 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience in PLC and HMI maintenance &amp; troubleshooting (including Ladder logic)</li>\n <li>Be able to read advanced electrical and blueprint schematic.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience with Integrated circuit troubleshooting; wire control circuits for 5, 12, 24, ad 120 volts; advanced pneumatic circuit design.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Advanced Welding skills and experience with welding tools. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience with basic shop tools (hand tools, drills, lathes, and milling machine); Bridge &amp; Rail Cranes; Drilling/tapping; Circuit design &amp; layout; Cutting &amp; threading pipe; Basic pneumatic troubleshooting &amp; repair.</li>\n <li>Capable of sizing motor starters and overloads for application.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain machine functionality.</li>\n <li>Ability to complete employee development plans, organize, communicate, and motivate employees.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must be able to prioritize own work-day schedule.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must be able and willing to work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Timer’s &amp; Counter theory; Electronics theory; Encoders/decoders theory; OHM’s Law; Hydraulics theory &amp; functionality.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Forklift experience. (Certification will be required).</li>\n <li>Overhead crane experience (Certification will be required).&nbsp;</li>\n <li>TS 16949 awareness.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>ISO 14001 orientation / awareness training.</li>\n <li>Internal Customer service oriented.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Possess a passion for excellence.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Attention to detail.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Team oriented.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Excellent math skills.</li>\n</ul>",
