This program&rsquo;s goal is to accelerate the rate at which the utility will replace its aging pipeline.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\"><br></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Interprets data, searches for records regarding natural gas facilities.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Prepares construction plans including proposed natural gas pipeline installation route.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Conducts field visits to observe site conditions and provide full analysis of project route.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Selects residential and commercial services based on previous conditions and future load requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Follows regulatory compliance with the pipeline safety regulations.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Creates GIS map displaying project limits and details.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in;
