Description

Description We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Project Manager for our Field Services division. You’ll lead projects from initiation to completion in our Fabrication Shop and at various client sites. This service focused role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities Responsibilities Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects from initiation through completion. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts, monitor expenditures to ensure projects remain within financial targets. Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project timelines and objectives. Resolve operational needs and concerns. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions or delays. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain project progress and quality. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and deliverables. Builds and sustains collaborative relationships with teams and clients to drive success. Resolve operational needs and concerns. Expectations Team Leadership & Coaching: Act as a mentor and resource for your team, providing guidance and support to foster a high-performing work environment. Design Compliance: Ensure all construction activities adhere to approved design specifications and standards.
