This role is ideal for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working outdoors, and delivering exceptional guest service.</p><p>In this role, you demonstrate Westgate’s core values of&#xa0;<strong>Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic</strong>&#xa0;in every interaction.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do as a Resort Experience Host:</strong></p><p>• Lead and facilitate a variety of activities and events for adults, children, and families.<br>\n• Participate in special events and assist in creating memorable guest experiences.<br>\n• Develop new activity ideas and help enhance resort programming.<br>\n• Maintain daily activity logs and track guest participation.<br>\n• Handle monetary transactions and follow proper cash-handling procedures.<br>\n• Assist guests with equipment rentals and check-outs using computer systems.<br>\n• Enforce safety guidelines and ensure guest well-being during activities.<br>\n• Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity areas, including the Activities Center and recreational facilities.<br>\n• Assist with inventory management and operational support as needed.<br>\n• Perform additional duties as assigned to support resort operations.</p>",
