Learn more at www.dminc.com</p>\n<h2>About the Opportunity</h2>\n<p>DMI is currently seeking to hire a <strong>Salesforce Developer </strong>to support a Federal Government customer in the DC metro area. The candidate will be responsible for the solution design, development, and support of Salesforce related engagements. In addition, the <strong>Salesforce Developer </strong> will be a trusted advisor to our team and clients with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platforms and other solutions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, primarily focusing on leveraging OmniStudio and Flex Pages.</li>\n <li>Utilize Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce specifically tailored for OmniStudio and Flex Pages development.</li>\n <li>Design and develop Flex Pages, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant components within OmniStudio to enhance user experience and streamline business processes.</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce OOB, LWC, OmniStudio, and Flex Pages capabilities.</li>\n <li>Implement and maintain advanced functionalities within OmniStudio, including creating dynamic layouts, data integration, and process automation.</li>\n <li>Develop and customize Velocity templates to generate personalized content and communications within the Salesforce platform.</li>\n <li>Conduct thorough testing and debugging of OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions to ensure reliability and performance.</li>\n <li>Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations related to OmniStudio and Flex Pages development.</li>\n <li>Work collaboratively with Salesforce Administrators and other team members to ensure seamless integration of OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions with existing Salesforce environments.</li>\n <li>Stay updated on the latest features and best practices related to OmniStudio and Flex Pages development within the Salesforce ecosystem.</li>\n <li>Provide training and support to end-users on the usage and maintenance of OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions.</li>\n <li>Continuously optimize and improve OmniStudio and Flex Pages implementations to align with evolving business needs and objectives.</li>\n <li>Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project.</li>\n <li>Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development.</li>\n <li>Integrating and maintaining business applications to Salesforce</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and Years of Experience:  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field preferred</li>\n <li>Salesforce product knowledge and at least 8+ years of Salesforce development experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong>Required Skills & Certifications: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, OmniStudio</li>\n <li>Strong experience working with Salesforce APIs</li>\n <li>Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce</li>\n <li>Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.</li>\n <li>Proficient with Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle.</li>\n <li>Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Citizenship Status Required: </strong>GC/EAD/US</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> None required for this position.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>Hybrid and Mclean, VA</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-MP1</p>\n<h2>Working at DMI</h2>\n<p>DMI is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
