You’ll receive hands-on support from:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Corporate nurse leadership for ongoing mentorship and guidance</li>\n <li>Corporate recruiting to help you build a strong clinical team</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Active RN License (CO or eligible for reciprocity). </li>\n <li>Proven Nursing Leadership (CNO, DON, or equivalent). </li>\n <li>Behavioral Health Experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting (required). </li>\n <li>Strategic & Operational Expertise with strong interpersonal skills. </li>\n <li>Education: BSN required; MSN or mental health nursing preferred. </li>\n <li>Experience:\n  <ul>\n   <li>6+ years RN experience (10+ preferred).</li>\n   <li>3+ years progressive nursing management.</li>\n   <li>2+ years behavioral health RN experience in inpatient psychiatry. </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Ready to Lead Change?</strong>Take the next step in your leadership journey and help us redefine behavioral health care.
