    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a <strong>Phlebotomist  </strong>at<strong> 325th Medical Group at Tyndall AFB </strong>in<strong> Panama City Beach, Florida</strong>. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Description</strong> - This contract position offers:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full time civilian employment</li>\n <li>No weekends, nights or holidays</li>\n <li>10 Federal Holidays Off</li>\n <li>Competitive income</li>\n <li>Generous Vacation</li>\n <li>Full compliment of benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k)</li>\n <li>Located in beautiful Panama City Beach Florida!</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements - </strong>The Phlebotomist will have the following requirements:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Certificate/Graduate</strong> from an academic course of phlebotomy that includes 120 didactic hours (or required by state law).</li>\n <li> <strong>Basic Life Support certification - </strong>Certification/registration as determined by the <strong>American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASC5) or AMT as specified in the TO</strong>. </li>\n <li>Experience: Completed 1040 hours as a 5hlebotomy <strong>Technician within past 3 years</strong>. Must have performed 50 successful venipuncture and 10 successful skin punctures..</li>\n <li> <strong>Licensure/Registration</strong>: A current, valid, unrestricted license to practice nursing in any one of the fifty States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Company Overview: </strong>Spectrum Healthcare Resources (SHR) was established in 1988 to deliver systems and processes designed to meet the unique needs of Military and VA Health Systems.
