Currently have CPR and American Red Cross or American Heart Association First Aid certifications or have the ability to obtain certifications prior to employment;</p>\n<p>3. Ability to lift, carry and set up recreational equipment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Personal Training or Group Fitness certification</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Tests individuals for proper fitness programs, implements the programs, and monitors the performance of the program; reviews members' health histories, and issues physician's referral for high risk members; instructs members in proper use of the fitness equipment; schedules and conducts appointments for personal training; assists with group fitness class instruction; inspects and maintains all fitness equipment for the fitness center; supports daily operations of the Recreation Center.</p>\n<p> </p>",
