If this sounds interesting to you, let us know. &nbsp;Must be able to pass a drug test, have a clear criminal background record and have a clean driver&rsquo;s record.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Motor Mechanic</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Repair Various kinds of electro mechanical equipment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Preferred minimum level of education: high school diploma, plus the successful completion of a hands-on apprenticeship.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Special Skills:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic mechanical aptitude. Ability to understand, preform and retain various skills-related training and operational and safety procedures demonstrated by supervisor.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Abilities:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.; talk and hear.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 lbs.; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clearly see 20+ ft. with or without corrective lenses. Have ability for close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Work Performed</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Read Job card to determine: job status, authorizations/limitations, estimate, description of problems, and /or expected serviceability.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Test electromechanical equipment to troubleshoot known or suspected problems using various methods (AC or DC).</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Disassemble electromenchanical equipment noting parts identification, configuration and condition.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clean electromechanical equipment assemblies as needed using various methods and steps, including but not limited to : parts washer, steamer, caustic tanks, lass beaders, etc.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Measure for or note proper replacement parts. Correctly requisition needed items from service office, as approved by supervisor.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Replace or repair worn or defective mechanical or electromechanical assemblies, including but not limited to: bearings, brushes, brush holders, motor leads, gears, seals, impellers, mechanical switches, brakes, clutches, clutch rotors, tachs, fans, end shields, etc.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Retest reassembled electromechanical equipment for proper output and operations.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete required paperwork for each job accurately and on a timely basis.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate specialized repair and testing equipment and other equipment as needed.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Observe all safety procedures and use proper protective gear (especially eye and ear protection).</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lift, tighten, adjust and / or secure heavy objects in order to perform work duties.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Keep work area neat and clean as directed by supervisor.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist other mechanics or other service center personnel in skilled or non-skilled duties as directed by supervisor or service center manager.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform other skilled or non-skilled duties as directed by supervisor.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">We offer competitive wages, pay depends on experience and excellent benefits including 401(k), 401(k) company match up to 5%, health, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance.
