Description We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Logistics Analyst to manage and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with excellent negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and exceptional service across our logistics network. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Coordinate daily shipments and deliveries across multiple channels Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation providers to ensure cost-effective solutions Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics using Excel and other tools Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics documentation Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve service levels Qualifications & Requirements 7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster trust and collaboration. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Solid negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
