You’ll bridge the gap between complex financial requirements and technical execution, ensuring that Duco becomes a cornerstone of the client’s data strategy. We prize curiosity, technical grit, and the ability to show clients a better way to work.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Solution Delivery:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Lead end-to-end implementation, ensuring clients achieve \"go-live\" milestones and realize immediate ROI.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Data Engineering &amp; Design:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Analyze complex financial data sets (OTC derivatives, cash equity, FX, etc.) and design optimal reconciliation and data integrity models.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Platform Migration:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Lead the transition of clients from legacy systems or competitor tools onto the Duco ecosystem.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Complex Communication &amp; Translation:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> You are responsible for taking high-density technical hurdles and \"financial jargon\" and distilling them into digestible, actionable insights. Whether presenting to a developer or a COO, you must make the complex feel simple.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Strategic Expansion (Land &amp; Expand):</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> While embedded with the client, proactively identify \"white space\" opportunities. You will map out manual, high-risk, or fragmented data processes outside the initial project scope where Duco’s platform could provide value.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Commercial Partnership:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to build business cases for these new use cases, turning a single implementation into an enterprise-wide solution.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Experience &amp; Domain Expertise</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Fintech Fluency:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Solid understanding of financial markets, trade lifecycles, or middle/back-office operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Consultative Mindset:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> A \"hunter\" instinct for efficiency. You should be able to spot a manual spreadsheet process from a mile away and articulate why it should be automated.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Competitive Knowledge:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Hands-on experience with legacy reconciliation or data tools is highly preferred:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Reconciliation:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> SmartStream (TLM), Gresham (Clareti), Broadridge (PROactive), or FIS.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Data Automation:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Xceptor, Alteryx, or BlackLine.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Technical Prowess: </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency in data manipulation (SQL, Python, or advanced Excel) and an understanding of API-led architectures. Experience with financial data standards. E.g.: FpML, Swift MT/MX (ISO 15022 and ISO 20022), FIX, FIXML.
