They promote and facilitate communication and collaboration between and among department and users to maximize efficient and effective use of information technology in pursuit of Credit Union goals and objectives.</p>\n<p>The role is responsible for maintaining, testing, and supporting lending systems in support of organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering data, assisting in system enhancements, and providing troubleshooting support. Other duties may be assigned. All duties are to be performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and Credit Union policies and procedures.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure all data and lending systems operate effectively and efficiently in a safe and secure This position is critical in assuring that value is delivered.</li>\n <li>Review, management, and implementation of all system hotfixes and upgrades</li>\n <li>Communication with management and department staff on system upgrades including release notes</li>\n <li>Ongoing contact with vendors and LOS provider on future updates and enhancements</li>\n <li>Financial services industry knowledge (prefer lending) and understanding of the business environment and trends as well as specific issues related to job responsibilities, this is accomplished through self-study, system alerts and training, formal and informal education</li>\n <li>Investigates current system design workflow and determines if enhancements are available</li>\n <li>Facilitates the review and implementation of using a third party vendor</li>\n <li>Superior level of attention to detail and ensures accuracy of department activities</li>\n <li>Creates and manages reports for department including but not limited to tracking service level agreements and other key performance indicators (KPI’s)</li>\n <li>Ensures system is operating to manage compliance alerts for the appropriate user roles</li>\n <li>Possess exceptional collaborative skills internally with branch/departmental staff as well as cross functionality with various departments to problem solve and advance ideas and innovation</li>\n <li>Gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements</li>\n <li>Develops and executes test plans for both in house and third party vendor enhancements, bug fixes and large scale implementations</li>\n <li>Provide release direction and support including research, analysis, review, development, implementation, and monitoring of new or revised systems</li>\n <li>Perform project management actives on various initiatives</li>\n <li>Identify and implement process improvements throughout the department</li>\n <li>May assist in creating procedural documentation for lending department</li>\n <li>Participates in disaster recovery and business resumption planning and testing</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.</p>\n<p>Minimum of three years of work related experience. </p>\n<p>Experience with consumer,  real estate, and commercial  originations platforms and collections platforms is preferred. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<p>Above average knowledge of financial services, more specifically credit unions and credit union products, services and operations. Strong knowledge and understanding of project management skills, information technology processes and of financial institution’s operational processes.
