    "description": "<p>Are you a registered Psychologist with experience working with adults who present with harmful sexual behaviours?</p>\n<p>This is your opportunity to join a values-driven team making a real difference across Te Waipounamu.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you'll do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, including risk assessment and formulation, and develop tailored intervention plans</li>\n<li>Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and (where appropriate) whānau-inclusive therapy</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with clients, whānau, and external professionals to support a coordinated, multi-agency approach</li>\n<li>Manage complex and high-risk clinical presentations, including ongoing risk monitoring and safety planning</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and actively participate in supervision, peer review, and clinical governance processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we're about </span><br>We're a leading provider of therapeutic services in Te Waipounamu, grounded in the Te Ao Māori values of manaakitanga, rangatiratanga, kotahitanga and whanaungatanga.
