font-size: 11.0pt\">Plans and coordinates the execution of pre-construction activities for the building of new schools and modernization projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #211d1e; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt\">Responsible for the scope, schedule and budget, and overall success of multiple, new and modernization, school projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #211d1e; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt\">Resolves complex planning, design and construction project-related issues, disputes and disagreements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #211d1e; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt\">Develops, assigns and monitors performance of other facility development and design professionals related to assigned projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #211d1e; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt\">Reports on project budget, schedule and issues. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #211d1e; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt\">Provides information and analysis of project issues to departmental, branch and board representatives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #211d1e; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt\">Reviews status and overall planning, design and construction project progress relative to submittal schedules. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #211d1e; font-size: 11.0pt\">Coordinates with representatives from various utility and government agencies to obtain timely action on successive phases of project completion.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #211d1e; font-size: 11.0pt\">Reviews and verifies Design Professional contract scope, fees and applications for payment, and performs overall fiscal management of multiple projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #211d1e; font-size: 11.0pt\">Experience with the Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; font-size: 11.0pt\">Experience with the development of major facilities, including interface and coordination with City, County and State agencies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black;
