    "requisitionDescription": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><u>Summary:</u></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Check the customer&#39;s production plan and establish a seat production plan. Communicate with related departments to check production plans to ensure there are no problems with the customer&#39;s schedule.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Establishment of car seat / foam pad production plan.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain appropriate product inventory.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Customer production plan analysis and progress management.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Process monthly sales closing in SAP and TGPS to consistency of payments from customers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate and deal with customers to meet their requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage the timing of application of design changes and hold meetings with relevant departments when necessary.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support TGPS or SAP for any issues or new implementation of SAP PP module production planning system.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support and adhere to 5S to keep work site clean and orderly consistently improving appearance of the team&rsquo;s area. Active in following 5s&mdash;Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain organization of work area.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with Team Members, Team Leaders, Group Leaders and/or other members of Hyundai Transys to be active contributors to the team.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow requirements of Quality policies and standards, such as, ISO 9001, TS16949, IATF16949</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Attending all required training as assigned.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Comply with and promote company practices and policies in all areas including Safety, Standards of Conduct, Quality, Performance, and Communication.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Be flexible in work to support continuous improvement activities that will ensure personal and company growth.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Temporary rotating 2<sup>nd</sup> shift work may be required depending on plant operations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
