Our program serves <strong>male adolescents ages 12–17</strong> who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, school refusal, and other behavioral health issues.</p>\n<p>Students reside in a <strong>family-style lodge</strong> designed to foster safety, comfort, and community—because we believe healing happens best in nurturing, homelike environments. Our <strong>55-acre campus</strong> offers a therapeutic setting that doubles as an experiential classroom, with activities like <strong>hiking, biking, equine therapy, and parkour</strong> to support holistic growth.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Facilitate Individual, Family, and Group Therapy:</strong> Lead therapeutic sessions using trauma-informed, evidence-based modalities that support emotional growth and relational healing.</li>\n <li><strong>Manage a Personalized Caseload:</strong> Provide high-quality, individualized care to a focused caseload of up to 6-8 clients, allowing for deep therapeutic relationships and consistent family engagement.</li>\n <li><strong>Conduct Assessments & Treatment Planning:</strong> Perform biopsychosocial evaluations, risk assessments, and develop dynamic treatment plans tailored to each adolescent’s unique needs and progress.</li>\n <li><strong>Collaborate in Integrated Care:</strong> Partner with a multidisciplinary team—including therapists, medical providers, nurses, and residential staff—to deliver holistic, coordinated care.</li>\n <li><strong>Engage Families in the Healing Process:</strong> Maintain consistent communication with caregivers, offering coaching, support, and involvement in monthly <strong>Family Weekend</strong> programming to strengthen family systems.</li>\n <li><strong>Maintain Clinical Excellence:</strong> Ensure timely and thorough documentation, uphold treatment standards, and support discharge planning with a focus on continuity of care.</li>\n <li><strong>Support a Safe, Therapeutic Environment:</strong> Monitor student behavior, maintain healthy boundaries, and contribute to a structured, relational setting that promotes emotional safety and growth.</li>\n <li><strong>Participate in Adventure-Based Programming:</strong> Contribute to monthly <strong>Adventure Days</strong> and experiential activities that foster resilience, confidence, and connection.</li>\n <li><strong>Participate in Rotating On-Call Support:</strong> Serve as on-call therapist once every six weeks, providing guidance and crisis support as needed, including occasional evening availability.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Active or eligible licensure in Tennessee as one of the following:</strong></p>\n<h3>Licensed Mental Health Professionals (Fully Licensed)</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>LPC-MHSP</strong> – Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider designation</li>\n   <li><strong>LCSW</strong> – Licensed Clinical Social Worker</li>\n   <li><strong>LMFT</strong> – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver’s license in good standing</li>\n <li>Ability to pass a state background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>At least one year of experience as a licensed therapist conducting individual, family, and group therapy</li>\n   <li>Experience in a residential or therapeutic setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities</li>\n   <li>Familiarity with adolescent development and culturally competent care</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Access to an established Mastery Program that offers professional and financial opportunities for professional growth.</li>\n <li><strong>Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance</strong> – Multiple plan options including PPO and HDHPs with HSA eligibility and company contributions.</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Parental Leave</strong> – Up to 6 weeks fully paid for exempt employees and 4 weeks for non-exempt.</li>\n <li><strong>Life & Disability Coverage</strong> – Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability; voluntary life and optional short-term disability available.</li>\n <li><strong>401(k) with Company Match</strong> – Retirement savings with matching contributions after eligibility period.</li>\n <li><strong>PTO & Holidays</strong> – Competitive PTO accrual plans and paid holidays throughout the year.</li>\n <li><strong>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</strong> – Free, confidential support for life’s challenges.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Embark is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.</strong> We are committed to enriching the therapeutic and healing experience we offer through the diversity of our employees and community.
